1 | You shall comply with all advertising guidelines and legislation in the relevant Markets for the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), Kansspelautoriteit, AGCO and the Applicable Regulator in Germany:
2 | Limitations on Advertising The list of limitations on advertising below mentioned is not exhaustive.
2.1 | Commercial communications must not portray or encourage criminal or socially irresponsible behaviours that could harm individuals financially or emotionally, directly or indirectly. No drugs or alcohol shall be included on those communications.
2.2 | Suggest that gaming can be a resolution to personal, educational, financial or social problems or suggest that gambling is an alternative to employment or serve as financial investment.
2.3 | Suggest that gaming can enhance self-esteem or a form of gaining admiration or recognition
2.4 | Portray that gaming should take priority over friends, family, educational or professional commitments.
2.5 | Suggest that solitary gaming is preferable to social gaming.
2.6 | Suggest that the outcome of the games of chance can be influenced
2.7 | The commercial communication shall contain, in a visible and clear manner:
2.8 | Commercial communications shall not be directed to minors or vulnerable persons, encourage or target minors or vulnerable persons, feature minors or be appealing to those.
