Due to the recent regulatory changes in the Canadian market, Rootz Affliates shall regrettably no longer be in a position to pay commissions in respect of new players in Canada that register from April 4, 2022 onwards, unless their province of residence is Ontario.
All the relevant marketing material will be updated in due course to reflect the latest regulatory marketing guidelines.
The promotion of welcome offers or loyalty schemes by affiliates to Ontario players is not permitted, whilst email/SMS activity to Ontario players by affiliates is also strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, our affiliates are forbidden from doing advertising/marketing (or working with in any other way) for another operator, who accepts wagers from Ontario players without having an AGCO registration.
